If the download or installation is incomplete, try uninstalling the whole application, end the currently working tasks, check if there is enough memory on your device, and then reinstall. After reinstalling, check the purchase history. You can download the content you purchased for free as many times as you want as long as you as the ID you are using is the same.
※How to check the purchase history : There is a “Check the purchase history” button at the top of the “Chapter Select” screen. Please tap the button when you are in a place with a good internet connection.
If the purchase is not complete, there is a possibility that the payment has not been made properly.
Please check whether the purchase/payment has been completed with the inquiry received from each mobile phone company you use or market/store.
- ■In case of application “force close” or freeze.

There are several causes that may lead to a “force close” or freeze of the active application:
1. Not enough memory
